Working in a univeristy as researcher and collecting letters to show how I am "extremely strong" and how my work is "critical"to the national interest.
Dean can give me one but unfortunately he is from another department. As a high-level administrator, will his letter be better than those from other professor in my field? I am worrying if I attach his resume, what the INS officer will think. Thanks
I can get some good letters from Senior Engineers in some big companies. But these poeple do not have PHDs. They can only show how my work important to them. Useful or not? Thanks
