My hu*****and and I mailed the EAD application together and we both receive the receipt two weeks ago. Because of some typo, we all called the customer service to correct mistakes.
But today, when I tried to look at the online case status, it was showed that my hu*****and's case number does not exist! I tried at least ten times, same thing. My case can be showed online. What's wrong with my hu*****and's case? His I485 is pending. Did you ever heard about that? what might be the reason? Thanks.
