Read the posts downstairs saying some people getting problem at 485 stage because of 5 month the H1B gap. It is so scary.
I got laid off when I was in H1B, found another job within 2 months. There is gap longer than one month. However, H1B transfer went through.
Now I am applying green card. Will this be a problem? According to the post, 485 got denied for a guy with similar experience.
What you think? I am getting so worried now. Acutually it is a nightmare for long time...
