我准备8月毕业(PhD),现在刚刚答辩过. 现在公司告诉我我的position要求一定要有PhD才行,所以让我出示一个letter证明我已经fulfill所有的requirements for PhD. 可我还没deposit thesis... 系里给我出了个letter说: "Mr.XXX has compteted the necessaey coursework required of him and passed his final examination in May 2005. He expects to deposit his thesis and graduate in August 2005." 请问这样的letter CIS会承认吗? (我申请的H1B是2006年10月开始的.)
