忙乎绿卡4年半，看情况这几周BPC就该把决定寄出来了。 公司这几天却说近期重组IT, 我现在的工作Software Developer 大致转为两类：Application Architect 和 Application Developer, 看样子 job title and job duties 都会改。
Software Developer 的job description 包括软件开发的各环节: design, coding, testing, integration, support…, 办劳工卡时用的是Software Engineer 的代码。Application Architect 的职责大约会是Application and integration architecture for the enterprise. Application Developer 的职责大概就是design, coding, testing projects…
我听说要是改后的job duties 和以前大致相同就不会有麻烦。哪位明白的兄弟指点一下好么？DOL & INS 规定的具体程序是怎样？需要在什么时候递交什么文件来证实工作性质没变？还是说如果公司认为工作性质没变就没有义务向DOL or INS 报告, 改了我的title and job duties然后继续用没改过的劳工卡申请I-140 and I-485？
