I-539 part4 question 3g:
Have you, or any other person included in this application, been employed in the U.S. since last admitted or granted an extension or change of status?
去年毕业后我用opt做了几个contract，现在opt快到期我要申请转为h-4. 对这个问题我是不是要答yes并详细列出雇主名字及时间？如果这样回答会不会使ins误以为我有工作可以supporting myself ?
在part4 'additional information'有这样两个选项；
--- If you answered 'no' to question 3g, fully describle how you are supporting yourself. Include the source, amount and basis for any income.
--- If you answered 'yes' to question 3g, fully describe the employment. Include the name of the person employed.....
我觉得我必须在第一个选项下填上老公的工资及雇主信息等，可是这上面又说是在回答‘no’ 的前提下才填。
我该怎么做？？
