I am currently holding F-1, and will keep F-1 for several years. Now I want to apply I485, but I have some questions what if my I485 application rejected or denied:
1. I am not going to use EAD, Do I still hold a valid F-1 visa?.
2. Could I still apply H-1 and I485 based on work related later?
