i will have interview in July. INS asked for the i-864 again. my application is based on the marriage. my hu*****and should be my sponsor. He didn't have a full-time job in the past three years ( he is asked for 3 years of tax return). I have a full time job. Our tax return is together in the past years.My hu*****and just started his federal government job in May. Is it OK to sponse me or Shoule I fill the 1-864 for my self or should my hu*****and fill it. So confused. Please help me. Millions of thanks.
