【爱你如吃】十道佳肴兼配诗集 (Ten Dishes with Poems for Doctors and Nurses)

Each dish has an English name next to it and a related poem that I wrote. I cooked all the dishes. Please feel free to share this with doctors and nurses that you know, who are the unsung heroes in the fight against Covid pandempic.
1。慢锅炖牛肉 （slow cooked beef stew)

秋风寒雨透心凉，
世事纷繁雪上霜。
总有玉肴温腑脏，
微烧慢煮一锅香。
2。墨西哥春饼 (chicken fajitas)

红黄橘绿甜葱白，
玉指鲜丝武火炀。
涎水岂垂单色秀，
仙肴妙在一包香。
3。红烧猪蹄 (braised pork trotters)

数到鸡鸣昏欲睡，
红蓝未决浅伤心。
小民自有佳肴慰，
香软红酥手慢斟。
4。荠菜饺子 (jiaozi made of Shepherd's purse)

涟涟春雨滋苗润，
田野村童采荠鲜。
莫道农家尘福浅，
几笼美饺赛神仙。
