Since the pandemic, I have never been to gym so that I haven't practiced pilates for 2 years.
At home,I have been changing my workouts frequently, started using ab roller, then switched to zumba, then Jazz dance,etc.
I am interested in belly dance nowadays.
Following the above YouTube,I learned the basic dance moves, including figure 8, shimmy, etc etc, which make my body more flexible.
Dancing is really a good workout to keep fit and make you have a good sense of rhythm at the same time.
What kind of workout are you doing to keep fit?
