两个月前就讨论续租, 一月前双方达成续租价格等等,有email记录。 新手疏忽,  没有马上签合同。 十多天前合同送签,一直没有回音。我们也没有追,今天追问,突然回答说,不续了。作为新手太信任房客了。现合同月底到期。这种情况下,有没有办法制约房客不守信用呢? 比如说能留他的押金吗?  坐标:加州。谢了!
