mortgage本来是跟着bradford & bingley,结果现在BB被国有化了，前段时间接到信了，说we may not necessarily be able to offer you a new interest rate deal when the term of your existing deal ends.
是不是说等我的2年fix到9月到期了，利息还是原来的利息？

你签的不是2年合同，而是25年(或你和他们当初定的年份）

一般来说，fixed term结束就自动转成standard variable rate。

今天打电话问了，fix结束后转成product variable rate, 3.0%
