Job Title: Customer Services Representative

Job Type: Permanent – Shift/Weekends (Full Time and Part Time)

Location: West London

Salary: Competitive

Purpose of Job:
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of a busy call centre while providing a first class customer orientated telephone service in an international leading betting and gaming company.

Main tasks / responsibilities:
- Answer all inbound telephone calls and emails
- To resolve customer queries in a courteous professional manner
- Maintain and update systems and be adaptable to new systems
- Provide support and guidance to all the team
- Update current processes
- Ad Hoc duties with appropriate support

It is essential that the post holder is:
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin essential, Cantonese desirable) and English – Written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Adaptable to a fast moving and changing environment
- Ability to prioritise work
- Able to work independently and as part of the team
- A keen team player, self motivate and career driven

It is desirable that the post holder: Has previous call centre customer service experience.
