我们这里这类房很少,短短2天时间已有十拨人去看了房子,我现在想出价,但是那个七天的public让我举棋不定。而且直到exchange contract,任何人愿出高价,bank会变卦。

有同学操作过这类事吗?请指教

可以先与银行搞定,然后再找房子。

这只能是一个PRE-AGREEMENT,毕竟银行要知道是什么房子,还要SURVEY,才会批贷款,需要时间。
