CASH BONUSES:

1. Workers with a taxable income of:

Up to $80,000: bonus cut from $950 to $900

Between $80,000 and $90,000: bonus cut from $650 to $600

Between $90,000 and $100,000: bonus cut from $300 to $250

* The tax office will pay the bonus based on your 2007-08 tax return. Money will be paid directly into your bank account or by cheque in "early April".

2. Bonus for single-income, two-parent family earning up to $150,000. Cut from $950 to $900.

* Paid automatically by Centrelink for each eligible child from March 11 if you already receive the means-tested fortnightly Family Tax Benefit Part B.

3. Back to school bonus for low and middle-income families with a child aged between 4 and 18. Remains at $950.

* Paid automatically by Centrelink for each eligible child from March 11 if you already receive the means-tested fortnightly Family Tax Benefit Part A.

* A family with three school-age children will get $2850.

4. Training and learning bonus. Remains at $950.

* Paid automatically by Centrelink from March 24 to those receiving youth allowance, Austudy, Abstudy and payments under veterans' children education scheme.

* Not paid if you already get the $950 back-to-school bonus.

* The unemployed may be eligible if they intend to undertake education or training.

5. Farmer's hardship bonus. Remains at $950.

* Paid automatically by Centrelink from March 24 to farmers or small businesses reliant on farming already receiving exceptional circumstances drought relief or income support.
