New Notebook installing XP is done carjack2007-08-19 17:25:01

Last week I bought a notebook with Vista installed (See here). I reformatted it and installed XP, got all drivers from manufacturer's website. Now it runs fast and clean.

Manufacturer Tech Rep told me that they don't like Vista either but MS dictated that only Vista was allowed on OE since 01/01/07 so they had no choice.

I got mine with XP too, in June

I have to use XP because my work softwares aren't supported by V
