1. business plan writing, I am thinking fund from both education ministry from Chinese gov't and/or angel investor in U.S. I do not think the starting fund will be a lot, however, outside investors are great to have as well as can put a value on the business.
2. Chinese learning marketing for U.S. or Globally, I know there is a storage for teaching materials and other things in U.S. as for Chinese teaching, a detailed marketing analysis and design will be a first step to become a great product.
3. some technology for building web sites with mobile device friendly UI, as explained before, I want to deploy this tool as an e-learning experiences.
