There are bilateral scattered nonspecific T2 hyper intense foci in the periventricular, subcortical and deep whiter mater, nonspecific, likely representing mild chronic microvascular ischemia. A small focus of susceptibility effect in the right occipital lobe probably represents a chronic micro bleed of less likely calcification.
