Impression
1. Mild air trapping. This can be seen in setting
of small airways disease especially if the
patient has a smoking history.
If the patient is a nonsmoker, this could
represent features of nonfibrotic
hypersensitivity pneumonitis and correlation
for any history of inciting factors/antige
exposure is recommended.
2. Moderate coronary artery calcifications,
more than expected for the patient's stated
age.
