乳腺钼靶报告，请指点一二，谢谢先 一船明月2022-05-25 22:54:30

太太（四年前，左侧乳腺癌手术，放疗）近期做了钼靶检查，报告中有些内容，实在不明白，诊所又通知她再做B超检查，她就心事重重，想请懂得专家指点一下：

Findings:

On the right MLO view anterior to mid third there is a 10 mm slightly lobulated focal asymmetry, not well localized on the MLO view.

There is no evidence of new architectural distortion or suspicious microcalcification.

Interpretation:

Stable mammographic appearance on the left.

Right MLO focal asymmetry anterior to mid third recommended for right MLO spot tomosynthesis, right lateral mammogram with tomosynthesis and right breast ultrasound to assess.

右乳房右侧图像有个10 毫米的看不清，或说 mammogram 难以分辨，需进一步做B超。
