I want to file I-485 right after I-140 has been filed. Is it right that only I-140 receipt is needed to submit with other documents (It would be great if you can give me a list of necessary documents)? If I want to apply EAD for my hu*****and and reentry permit for both of us (do we need to apply for two separate ones?), can they be filed together with I-485 before I-140 has been approved?
