Just want to share some information with everybody here.
Our I-485 case (Eb3) was filed with VSC last July and the
case was transfered to Boston Local Office (transfer notice date: 05/13/05)
We need to renew our EAD and AP.
After reading instruction from USCIS website and consulting some people, we scheduled an
appointment to file application on INFOPASS and went to local Boston office yesterday (07/12).
With a quick flip throuth the applcation package, the official there quickly told us to file the application (I-765 and I-131) to Chicago Address. We reminded him that Chicago address is for
family based I-485 cases as clearly stated on the piece of paper he gave us. He then said we should
mail the application to Vermont.
After reading the I-765 and I-131 filing instructions, we are still not sure where to file.
The instructions stated that file with the office where you file your I-485. But our cases
were transfered to Boston already. I assume Vermont center will not accept our applications any more. Any friends with experience, please help clarify.
