Our I-485 is pending(I-140 approved) and we already got work permission. My wife will get her nursing license next Feb. She will file another case then. Is it ok for her to go to work with the work permission under my file? Will that affect her case? Thanks.
One of my friend is a nurse and she got her GC within a year. That is why my wife also wants to file her case.
