Tell them about the hardships you endure, such as, with US citizen children (what happens if you're deported), no portability, zero benefits in Social security and medicare but paying all taxes, the inability of spouses to work, etc...
EB Visa relief is very critical at present because of the massive retrogression. This retrogression set the clock back by many, many years for genuine, skilled, legal immigrants from across the word. This on top of the many years you've already waited patiently.
And the recapturing the unused visa is only a temporary measure to relieve the problem now, it is a not a permanent increase. So why fuss about it? The unused visas occurred as a result of burocracy by USCIS. We are just claiming the resonable things that we are entitled to.
As you can see from C-SPAN, Byrd is in his 80s and can barely speak in a sensible manner, the other senators seem totally out of loop. The democrats are now just like a bunch of loosers. We need action.
