I am the primary applicant (holding H1) for Green Card in NIW. My 140 is just approved. My wife's and my 485 is pending now. My wife is holding H1. Now she wants to quit job and go back school for Full time study. What visa should she transfer? H4 with EAD or Pending status (due to 485 pending)?
Really appreciate any idea.
