Hi all the experts:
I am learning to do canada immigration under federal skilled worker category by myself. I have some questions need your help.
(1)Regarding police certificate and clearance. I consider it is the no-criminal records. Is it correct? If that is the case, can I use the notarized no-criminal record that I got in 2000 before my leaving china for U.S. because the instruction says that I have to submit the certificate and clearance which is within 3 months of my application? Or, do I have to get the new one from china now to prove my no-ciriminal record in china before 2000? It will take long time.
(2)Regarding academic trans. TO prove my academic background, the instruction says that we have to ask the university in china to send the trans to immigration office directly no matter how many universities you attended in china. Currently, I have the evaluated and notarized trans with me in U.S. I had the evaluation and notarization done in U.S. when I file my H1 petition in U.S. Can I used these evaluated and notarized trans instead of directly sending them from china?
(3)Regarding notarized employment contract and reference letters from previous and current employers. Is the offer letter considered as the employment contract? If it is the case, do I have to submit all the notarized employment contracts and reference letters from all the employers? It is hard to collect all the employment contracts and reference letters from all the employers because I changed my job for many times after my coming to U.S.
(4)Regarding language proficiency. It seems most people are asked to take canadian language test. I am wondering whether TOEFL score is considerable? I just took TOEFL test in september.
Thank you very much for your kind help!
