Can someone clarify this concern for me? I filed EB-1a and NIW concurrent 140 and 485 in VSC right before (one week) my moving to NSC. My lawyer told me it is OK! I did not have to wait 180 days before my moving. Recently, the 140s were approved. I have a little concern with my pending 485 because I changed the job and moved only one week after filing (at that time, both 140 and 485 were pending). I checked uscis website, but did not find the related information. Can someone clear this concern for me? Was I subjected to the 180-day regulation? Will there be any problem negatively affecting my pending 485 in the future? Thanks.
