What is OPT approval notice? 24692006-01-04 13:45:43

I just received a email from USCIS, saying "This case has been approved. On December 28, 2005, an approval notice was mailed."

What is OPT approval notice? Is that the EAD card, or just a notice without EAD card. I moved from New Mexico to New York right after submitting the OPT application (school's international office is the receipient). Do not want to fly back just for a notice without EAD card.
