I plan to go back to Beijing for Spring Festival and I need to renew my H1B visa. I had got the visa three years ago in Beijing, but I have the different situation this time. I just get I-140 approved, but no way to file I-485 (EB-3). Now my wife and kid are in US.
I have few questions regarding the visa renew and look forward to get advices in my case:
1) In DS-156 (Visa Application Form)-Item 31
Has anyone ever filed an immigration Visa petition on your behalf? Should I say, yes or no?
2) Any risk for me to get my visa renewed?
3) Any suggestion to my case.
