Question on using AP to go back to China PERMorLC 文学城

My wife and I got our Advanced Parole approved last October. Now we want to use it to go back China in late April, I wonder if there is anything we need to do/know for using it.
1. do we need to get any stamps or approval from local USCIS office?
2. how long can be stay outside US? My wife wants to stay for 75 days and I am going to stay for 20 days.
3. what are the documents we need to take with us? I am in H-1b and my wife is in H-4 now.
