I just submitted I-140 as both NIW and EB1b, but my wife really want to go back China to see her parent(Her father get sick for a long time, we came to USA 5 years ago) this summer. My question is what is the best way to get AP as soon as possible? Do you think she can easily get a H4 in China if she go to China wiht her current visa status(H4)? Many thanks for any suggestion from you
