About EAD and going back to get married atall2006-03-29 21:43:36

Thanks first for reading my post!

I am going to work for a company soon, now I am a postdoc at a University as a H-1B. Currently, there is no industrial H-1B available but I can work with my EAD (I-485 pending) for the new industrial employer. Also I am going back to get married after starting working in the company, at that time, I will be at adjustment of status. My question is:
(1) how can my wife come here to join me?
(2) will she get H-4 visa?
(3) if she can not get a H-4 visa, is it possible that I can go back after Oct.1st to apply for H-1 for me and H-4 for her together? and how risky is it?
