My girlfriend is Singapore Citizen and I am U.S citizen. We decide to marry and live in the U.S. As a Singaporean, she can come to the U.S without visa (for 90 days) and she has been here for a few times. Do I need to file K1 petition, or she can come first, then change status after marriage?
