挺郁闷的， 一个公司给了一个不错的OFFER， 而且说 “You are the person I want for this position". 但是他们有concern to sponsor my H1B transfer, 说是因为有许多New Orleans 的人还是unemployed,害怕不能 ”in compliance" federal requirements. 要咨询律师， 可是已经一周过去了， 他们的律师还没有消息。 我得visa status 不允许再等了，请问有什么办法可以convince the employer that there is no obligation or legal issues in future. 一个小问题， 但是我自己不知道。 转F2需要marriage certificate, 我只有中文版的结婚证。 我到哪可以办理marriage certificate 呢？ 就是把结婚证翻译一下，然后找任何一个公证中介公证一下就可以了吗？ 还是有专门指定的部门？ 中国驻Houston 的使馆可以办吗？
