general question: Processing Dates of Service Center bbbqqq 文学城

I have a general question about the Processing Dates posted on the CIS' website. "Now Processing Cases with Receipt Notice Date of" means the Received Date or the Notice Date? These two have a big differece, especially for cases in 09/2005. Thanks!
