US Citizen. Father in US. I-130 & I-485 concurrent filed. Mother in China (plan to stay until getting card)
Can anyone point me to a link of current process to file petition for mother *only* in China?
I have browsed some posts here. The information is either not relevant (father and mother together) or invalid (e.g., link does not exist).
