VSC RFE Second LUD without change? popo762006-05-02 05:10:59

XiaoBaiTu and My2Cents. Please give me some suggestion

I just noticed that my RFE to VSC been updated for the second time today (the first time is 04/22/2006) saying the same thing as the first time. Any idea what could happen? (I am NIW 10/05/2005 ND and 02/01 RFE asking for independent letters and citation records)

On April 21, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 90 and 485 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.
