Hi there,

I am going to apply for a new passport (the old one is expired and can not be renewed) in Houston tomorrow. Anyone has been there before? Is there a place to park my car near the conslulate?

I have heard people had experience that the 2" photo taken in Sam's Club does not work. I just want to make sure that I can take one at the Consulate.
