I am a postdoc on H1b now. My current appointment will end this month. My new employer (another university) will handle my H1b transfer soon (this month most likely). But my new position starts 08/13/2007. Will this one and half month been considered a gap? what should I do?

PS. My NIW 140 approved, 485 pending and have EAD card in hand.
