I guess I got it finally! My case situation is
PD: NIW 09/27/2005 (140/485 concurrent)
1st FP: 11/2005
140 RFE: 02/2006 (independent recommendation letters)
140 Approved: 06/2006 (after reply on 04/2006)
485 RFE: 10/2006 (Medical exams, I don't have that when I submitted my case)
Case transfered from VSC to TSC: 03/2007
2nd FP: 05/2007
Infopass: 05/2007 and was told mine NC is pending, my wife's was clear
changed address: 07/2007
Approved: 10/27/2007
No call to TSC, no letters to anybody regarding NC.I guess FBI might be doing something on stacked NC due to recent fee increase.
