I replied my NIW RFE asking for independent letters ( I prepared 6) and citations (not good therefore used two letters stating that they are using my technology in their lab and two additional supporting letters from industry stating that they are supporting my research). I noticed two LUD recently with exactly the same content as the followings.
"On April 21, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 90 and 485 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."
Anybody has similar experience please give me some suggestion what is going on? Is it a good a bad sign?
