My company is sending me back to China for a month or two. I'm holding H1, 140 approved and 485 pending. I have AP but I want to apply for H1 visa first. My concern is, I used to hold F1 visa and I never went back to China in the ten years since I have been in US (my parents came here to visit a few times). Do you think there is any risk in my H1 application (in shanghai consulate)? Thanks for your advice.
