i gave up searching for tips.. so confusing, so, if anyone knows, please help.
currently on h1-b, i m not on any transfer or visa application. need to go back to China in Aug. what's the process?! what document or application do i need?! do i have to go through the US embassy in China again for h1-b visa?! anyway to avoid it?!
