My hu*****and I-140 approved, my I-485 pending, May I go back China without AP?
I need to go back China in early August and come back at the end of Sept. I checked the AP processing time at CSC, it shows March 06. That means it takes three months to get the AP. So even I apply for the AP now, I will not be able to get it before my leaving. I wonder if I apply for the AP and go back China without it, then have it mailed to China and use it when return the US? or may I apply for a H4 visa at Tijuana or Beijing? I appreciate any comments!
