请问小白兔和其他大虾，如果和律师签了合同让他给办劳工卡， 140 和485，现在140已经批了，批准原件也在我手上，可以自己递485吗？如果可以，有没有违约的问题？因为一切都是自己出钱，想问问看，谢谢回答。
