I have received the approval notice of I140, it is titled I-797C. While the "official notice" - I797 has been sent to my attorney. Then, when I submit the I485 application, I attach a photocopy of either I797C or I797 with the I485 form will be OK? Or, I have to send the copy of the I797, not copy of I797C. I have asked the same question, I appreciate the brief answer about what are I797 and I797C by Radiology before. My application history is a little bit complicate, I Have not ask the I797 from my attorney. Anybody submit the I485 with the I797C - approval notice?
