Has anybody got I485 approved wth RD after April 06? gc-seeker2006-06-13 01:14:48

It looks like USCIS process I-485 cases depending on the RD rather than PD? They are processing cases with early receipt date. The recently submitted 485 cases may have to wait for a while.
I never heard people with RD after April,06 had their 485 approved.
Am I right?
