In I-864 form:

Part 4. Eligibility ro Sponsor
what is the meaning of

:I am submitting documentantion odf my individual income (form W-2 and 1099).

I am H1B and got I-140 approval and will sponsor my wife for I-458 petition and need to fill out the form I-864. Do I need to tick this item in part 4?

Part 4 has five boxes to be chosen. I will tick the second box (joint return), then tick forth box (but, I only has W-2, not 1099). Is thar right?
