Many people have been waiting >6 months since last Sep. When transfer happened, someone wished that old receipt date would be still valid. Now we saw some cases transferred to TSC in March got approved in June. No matter when they submitted to the original center, they all waited 3 months since transfer date in March. We know TSC usually approved 140 within 3 months before.
So this means that old receipt date of last year has been invalid due to transfer. Now we can not find any record for the first time submission.
Everybody, let's admit this fact that we were fooled by USCIS again. What we can do is, check your transfer date, count 3-6 months from that day to expect your 140 approval.
