The receipt date of my AP application is April 18. CIS is working on the case after April 17. From CIS public website search, my case is under pending. For a family emergency need, I need to get my AP ASAP, so I went to local immigration office, the offiicer told me that my AP "was approved at some level on May 5, the final notice was not sent out yet"; at the same time, I also called the immigration 1800 number, I was told that my case was approaved on May 5,and was sent out on May 7. So confusion. The local office could not do anything since it was approved.... I sent out fax and calling... nothing happened so far. Note, May 7 was a Sunday, how come the approval notice was sent out atthat day, I do not know how to handle it........, my father is in hospital, I need to see him ASAP....
Any suggestion? similar experience?
